Parking
Parking at The White Room is limited to street parking and nearby lots. A shuttle will be provided to bring guests from the Major Taylor Garage to The White Room.

If you are parking the Major Taylor garage and use the shuttle:
Even if you are not staying at the hotel, go to the hotel front desk and ask them to validate your parking. If you are running late, validate your parking after the wedding. You want them to validate because then non-hotel guests will only pay $10 for parking. Otherwise, the garage will charge event parking rates.
The bus will pick you up in front of the hotel.
There are 3 separate weddings with 3 separate buses picking up from the hotel. MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON THE CORRECT BUS. There will be signage, but double check with the driver when you get on. You want to be on the bus for the Aboujaoude-Melanson Wedding going to The White Room.
Wedding Day Schedule
5:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Arrive at Parking Garage 4:20pm - 5:00pm if you want to take the shuttle to the venue. *
Ceremony 5:30pm
Cocktail Hour 6:00pm
Dinner 7:00pm
*IF YOU ARRIVE AT THE GARAGE AFTER 5:00PM: There will be a shuttle, but you will likely MISS THE CEREMONY. Alternatively, you could find street parking closer to venue.
